    I’m slightly confused on what you mean. What is a superset where you don’t switch between exercises? Do you need just setting the rest time is zero?

    To do giant sets couldn’t you just set the sets to 8-10 sets?

  7. App crashes during sync

    New to app. Non-jail broken iPhone (iOS 7.1). I added in basic stats of weight, gender, birthdate, resting HR, and waist. Finished my first workout day 1 of 3 muscle mass beginner level. App won't calculate fit score (do I need to workout a certain number of days first?) and it crashes every time I attempt to sync. Am I doing something wrong? Perhaps a manual, HowTo, or a FAQ somewhere may be useful.

    I’d really like to know what the issue is with crashing. How long have you been logging?

    Can you email us at support@myfit.ca so we can resolve this ?

    As for “what you get” with pro is listed at myfit.ca/iPhone

    The workouts aren’t included as it’s mostly a vastly improved feature set which is found on most very expensive (30$ /month) apps.

    We thought of this in detail. The best way to implement this is a custom exercise. That way you have two separate logs and graphs to see your progress. Thanks for your feedback. We have a huge update coming soon. Keep the feedback coming.

    Hi Jim,

    I’m assuming you’re not logged into your itunes account as you should be able to update the app through your ‘app store’ app. Can you update other apps? There should be no reason why you can’t update the app through the app store app.

    What do you mean by ‘Photos to get out sync. While I am in route’? I’m going to guess that they reorder in the list? Is that what you mean?

    iPhone 5s crashes when trying to sync all my workouts. Just paid for the app and can't use it properly. Please fix it!

    Hi there,

    We have a new build(version) coming out shortly. We are just finishing the final touches on it.

    It would be great to know how your app crashes, would you mind helping us determine what the issue is?

    There is a windows program called ifunbox which allows you to connect to your iphone. If you could download that and then navigate to the file folder within the applications folder called ‘MyFit’ and then Documents and Plists. Could you ‘Copy’ those and email them to ‘support@myfit.ca’. That way we could test your crash and fix it.

  12. App crash when trying to sync Lifetrak.

    When I try to sync my Lifetrak zone c410. The app completely shuts off and doesn't capture any data.

    We actually have a major update coming. The one thing we don’t know is the screen resolution for the new iPhone which is going to change our development. It makes sense to revisit an iPad app during the resolution change of the iPhone 6.

    If you want to get our Beta version just send us your UDID and we can email you a copy. Search the app store for UDID and then email it to support@myfit.ca Thanks!

    Health Kit is actually very exciting for us as it will allow us to use ALL the apps you use together in unison and will prevent the big companies from sticking together and ignoring the useful smaller apps.

    I am unsure why you are not able to update the app from 3.0… did you sign out of the store and sign back in?

    We have already submitted a new version to apple yesterday which should fix a lot of issues. Let’s try that first, if it doesn’t work we will examine it in detail. Apples review time is usually 2-3 days at this point.

    Please email support @ myfit . ca with your email that you used and we will make sure you have it. Right now it says from our end that you have PRO enabled. Do you see any ‘buy now’ button on the home screen? If you do, please purchase it as if you have already paid for it from apple they will not charge you again. It’s a lifetime purchase from the same apple ID.

  20. Integrate with iPhone health database?

    Fitbit, myfitnesspal and my hrm program all support the iOS health app. Would be awesome if yours did as well
