An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedHi Jack,
Thanks for the compliment, we have had to switch servers and we think we have fixed most issues at this point. If you come across one now, please let us know.
You can't just hit start as this app's goal is to get you to log your progress. There are apps that allow you to just press start though.
Let me know if you have further questions.

3.2 has a major bug which we are actively working on with regards to that issue. Hang tight, we are working on it.

We are planning on integrating MyfitnessPal which is the best calorie tracker hands down. There is no point building our own.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedRight now you can use Fitbit or MyFitnessPal and then it will sync with our app on the home screen. To connect MyFitnesspal you will need to sync it to FitBit.
We will be adding a 'balance' attribute to the home screen so you can see how you're doing with your burned and 'in' calories.

This should be faster in 3.1 for 4, and 4s devices.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedSince the iPhone 6 is around the corner with iOS8 we are going to change the minimum version to ios7. This will help increase the speed of the app and make this 'speed' issue go away. The faster devices get the less of an issue going through the local database is.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedAlso not that it is optional right now. You don't need to use it. You can just log using the reps and weight and the time in the history shouldn't be shown. We are working on some bugs that caused a 'null' to be shown in the time space.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedWe will try to speed up this screen as best we can for the next update. The 'SLOW' issue shouldn't be a problem on iphone 5/5s.

Couple things:
1 do you mean in the log history? Please check the settings and you can see a setting there for text size.
2. We are planning on increasing the size of the text in the fields on the logging page as well for the next version that is only a few days away from being submitted to apple (then another week or two for the approval)
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedEven after the update (Settings -> Change text size) do you still find that it's too small?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedHi Dave,
Thanks for your feedback. I hear ya... It's definitely that's still on my mind as a feature to add. Right now the current plan is to add iOS 8 support and HealthKit so users can collaborate all your logs in one place with the rest of the fitness apps you may use. It will also allow us to pull data from there and keep our data up to date.
That said, I still have a plan for this feature but it's not an urgent thing like compatibility at the moment.

Hi there,
We have a new build(version) coming out shortly. We are just finishing the final touches on it.
It would be great to know how your app crashes, would you mind helping us determine what the issue is?
There is a windows program called ifunbox which allows you to connect to your iphone. If you could download that and then navigate to the file folder within the applications folder called ‘MyFit’ and then Documents and Plists. Could you ‘Copy’ those and email them to ‘support@myfit.ca’. That way we could test your crash and fix it.
Thank you !!
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedCould you get 3.2.1 and let me know if this problem still exisits?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedDo you mean the max weight that you used for any of the sets for that day?
From a trainers point of view this has very limited value as it doesn't tell you anything else about the strength of the user at that data point. It only shows what weight they used during the set... I am curious to hear your feedback as to why this is useful for you.

We have already submitted a new version to apple yesterday which should fix a lot of issues. Let’s try that first, if it doesn’t work we will examine it in detail. Apples review time is usually 2-3 days at this point.
It’s not you Taz. It’s us :)
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedWe believe we have fixed it. Please let me know if this has fixed your issue.

I’d really like to know what the issue is with crashing. How long have you been logging?
Can you email us at support@myfit.ca so we can resolve this ?
As for “what you get” with pro is listed at myfit.ca/iPhone
The workouts aren’t included as it’s mostly a vastly improved feature set which is found on most very expensive (30$ /month) apps.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedHi Anonymous,
Can you please email us at support@myfit.ca and we can try to resolve this issue? We need to try to investigate your account.
I'm assuming it's still crashing for you after our update?

I’m slightly confused on what you mean. What is a superset where you don’t switch between exercises? Do you need just setting the rest time is zero?
To do giant sets couldn’t you just set the sets to 8-10 sets?
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedI understand now what you're asking for, is this so you can print out the routine to show somebody? I don't see the function of having the option without confusing people. That said, I will leave this open for people to vote on. I really appreciate your feedback and if there's anything else that you would like, please let me know.
We are just doing a big update right now and are finishing up some features.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRod Ferris (Owner, MyFit) commentedWe are already implementing all the different 'devices' and apps. I definitely this this is very important for users to consolidate their favourite apps. This still may take some time, a lot of the manufacturers aren`t making this very easy and are picking which apps they want to support first.
Right now we don't have that functionality. Hopefully we will someday. The issue we are having is that the fees we collect from the app aren't enough to support most feature upgrades. We either have to charge a monthly/yearly fee or try something else. What would you do? Do you think users would support a yearly fee? If so, what amount?
