Hi Rusty,
After purchase the routine It should have allowed you to press the + button to add it to your ‘My Routines’. This is a one time purchase.
If it didn’t allow it for some reason, please purchase it again. iTunes will not let you buy TWO of the item as it’s a lifetime purchase.
